MCAP offers two streams of Strength and Conditioning memberships for athletes.
1:1 training — one athlete per Strength and Conditioning Coach.
This is recommended for athletes needing an individualised program for development.
4:1 training — four athletes per Strength and Conditioning Coach
Group training is a cost effective method for elite athlete development.
Strength and Condition indoors, includes sports-specific strength and/or explosive and conditioning training
Conditioning outdoors, may include aerobic, lactic, speed and explosive conditional training.
Gait mechanic or technical gait mechanic, including speed.
