Michael Grbac

Michael is an esteemed Physiotherapist and Strength and Conditioning coach, with a passion for elite performance maintenance, growth and injury prevention. Michael has an extensive background in the professional sporting field with a multitude of accreditations within the practices of High Performance Training, Exercise Science and Physiotherapy.

As a Physiotherapist and Strength & Conditioning Consultant, Michael has an acute understanding of optimal, performance driven training.

Through his vast experience training and treating elite athletes, he has developed a strength in neck, lower back, shoulders and knee correction and development.

Michael’s methodology is grounded by a core belief that performance optimisation is achieved through an equal appreciation for injury prevention and corrective behaviour. Just as with elite performance, a sustainable recovery from injury must be supported by expert technique.

  • Bachelor Degree of Physiotherapy (with Honours) - University of Melbourne
