Yana Dellavedova

After completing an undergraduate degree in Human Structure & Function, Yana completed her Doctor of Physiotherapy degree at the University of Melbourne in 2018. She is also a qualified clinical pilates instructor.

Yana’s athletic background played a large role in her becoming a physiotherapist. She played division 1 college basketball at California State University, Long Beach before sustaining injuries that ended her playing career. As a result, her interests lie in return-to-sport rehab, low back pain and strength & conditioning. She is currently completing her ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach training.

Yana has worked in various sports, with career highlights including traveling to China with the Melbourne University men’s soccer team, and working as a rehab assistant to the North Melbourne men’s VFL team.

Yana works as a physiotherapist at MCAP Brunswick on Mondays, Tuesday mornings, Wednesday, Thursday, Fridays and some Saturdays.
