Clinical pilates is a form of rehabilitation activity that focuses on posture, core strengthening, balance, control, strength and flexibility. Often used in conjunction with physical therapy, clinical pilates is essential for strengthening core and stabilisation muscles to support and align your posture and spine.

Clinical pilates is particularly helpful for those suffering from lower back pain or stiffness, and is a form of exercise that improves body mechanics, efficiency and performance.

Conducted using specialised equipment such as reformer beds and trapeze tables, our treatment is directed by highly trained physiotherapists and is specifically tailored and individualised to each client’s needs.

The benefits of clinical pilates include:

  • Enhanced Athletic Performance
  • Improve Core Stability
  • Enhanced Posture
  • Increased Flexibility
  • Improve Muscle Strength and Coordination
  • Improve Balance
  • Safe and effective lower back injuries and conditions
  • Abdominal shaping and toning
  • Ante- & Post-Natal Rehabilitation
  • Overall Fitness and Strength
Our Process

Our specialists will first conduct an initial physical assessment in order to develop and design an individualised and tailored program. Once this program is familiarised by the patient, group classes may begin.

Group Classes

Our group classes include no more than 6 participants in each session. Conducted by highly trained physiotherapists, our group classes seek to provide treatment in a safe and controlled group environment.
