Our specialists will first conduct an initial physical assessment in order to develop and design an individualised and tailored program. Once this program is familiarised by the patient, group classes may begin.
Our group classes include no more than 6 participants in each session. Conducted by highly trained physiotherapists, our group classes seek to provide treatment in a safe and controlled group environment.
